What it is
You supply your own details, the product's terms, the narrative the KID requires and the figures. PRIIPfold assembles the document in the order the RTS mandates, holds it within three A4 sides, and renders a PDF for every share class and every language.
Each version is kept with the dates it applied, and the twelve-month review date is tracked for you. What you distribute is built from the same held data as the document, so the publication fields and the KID cannot drift apart.
Every document is published at a permanent address. Revising it does not change that address, and the earlier version stays retrievable, so what you have already reported to a distributor stays correct.

Every number in your KID is a number you supplied. Your cost components are aggregated into the costs tables, the summary risk indicator is read off the Annex II matrix from your MRM and CRM classes, and your scenario values are placed at the required horizons. Nothing else enters the document.

Pricing is straightforward: an annual subscription, priced per fund and per share class.
Adding languages, revising during the year and the storage it all takes cost nothing extra — the obligation to revise a KID when something material changes is not something we would meter. Earlier versions stay retrievable, and a fund that closes keeps its addresses.
There is no onboarding fee and no implementation project.

If you already maintain an EPT, that file is the shortest way in. It holds most of what the platform needs, and we would sooner take it as it stands than have you retype anything. If you do not have one, that is no obstacle either — you enter your products directly, and the platform builds the KID and the EPT from there.
